  冬季流感的預(yù)防措施有以下幾方面:

  1、防寒保暖。當(dāng)人體受涼時,呼吸道血管收縮,血液供應(yīng)減少,局部抵抗力下降,病毒容易侵入,因此患者需要注意防寒保暖。
