四翼”為高考的考查要求，即“基礎性、綜合性、應用性、創(chuàng)新性”，回答“怎么考”的問題。

這里面最重要的就是明確了考什么的“四層”：“核心價值”、“學科素養(yǎng)”、“關鍵問題”、“必備知識”。
